The challenge was to use Allianz' sponsorship of the Drone Racing League as a mechanism to introduce new employees to the brand's values, and offer insight to their new roles within the company.
Through a series of targeted questions and edited FPV race footage, new recruits were immersed in the high-action world of drone racing – racing four drones, each representing a different company value and ultimately completing the race to discover which align closest to their role and personality.
